Job Description
MarketAxess is looking for a Surveillance Associate to join its fast-growing Legal and Compliance team. The role involves conducting real-time and post-trade surveillance, investigating market abuse, and strengthening the surveillance program. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of market structure and regulatory requirements, with experience in market surveillance, trade surveillance, or a related field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in market surveillance, trade surveillance, or a closely related field
- Knowledge of Fixed Income and Equities products and trading regulations
- Strong data analysis and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and integrity
