Marketbridge is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to oversee client projects and deliver insights based on complex analysis. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in data-driven consulting, market research, or a similar field, with strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
Requirements
- Analytics Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert across solutions offerings such as database marketing, marketing campaign reporting, investigative descriptive analytics, and propensity modeling
- Storytelling & Strategy: Synthesize analyses, develop solutions and strategic frameworks, and conduct research to construct compelling, detailed, and actionable recommendations for clients
- Project and Client Management: Primary point person responsible for engagement delivery, managing project timelines, workstreams, deliverables, and team members while maintaining client relationships
- Mentorship & Training: Help develop and mentor junior staff through on-the-job, project-based training
