Requirements
- At least 5β8 years of professional experience in media buying or a comparable position.
- Experience managing a monthly advertising budget of at least β¬100,000ββ¬500,000.
- Extensive knowledge of media strategies, techniques, and trends.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of campaign data.
- Experience in the strategic use and integration of various analytics tools.
- Solid knowledge of the specific characteristics and requirements of different media channels.
- Experience in the strategic selection, negotiation, and optimization of media placements.
- Ability to communicate complex strategic plans and results to executive leadership and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading and coordinating large and complex media projects.
- Ability to plan and manage resources effectively.
- Experience in leading and developing a team of media buyers.
- Ability to foster a productive and motivated work environment.
- Ability to introduce and utilize new technologies and methods in media buying.
- Experience in the strategic integration of innovative approaches.
