We are seeking a Content & Enablement Specialist to support our SMB sales team selling advertising on X. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales enablement, content creation for sales teams, and Outreach sequence building. This role will play a pivotal role in repurposing marketing materials into high-impact sales sequences, templates, and snippets in Outreach to engage and accelerate deals with SMB advertisers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or comparable work experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales enablement, content creation for sales teams, Outreach (or similar platform) sequence building, or related experience
- Hands-on experience with Outreach or comparable sales engagement platforms is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of B2B/SMB sales processes, preferably in digital advertising, media, or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with educational and design concepts (instructional design, adult learning principles, creating effective enablement materials)
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating persuasive sales copy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, marketing, sales, and key stakeholders
- Team player with a collaborative and innovative style
