Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while delivering a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent needs, source and assess candidates, and provide data-driven insights through recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various roles in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
