We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly connected Head of LATAM to lead our regional strategy. The role involves developing and executing the LATAM regional business strategy, building and managing local teams, and driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in FX/CFDs (BD/Partnerships/Regional Leadership)
- Strong network and credibility within LATAM trading communities
- Proven success in growing markets and managing teams
- Deep understanding of IB models, affiliate systems, and partner funnels
- Excellent communication in Spanish + good English
- Goal-driven, strategic thinker, strong leadership
