Job Description
As an Application Engineer, you will focus on servicing Markforged customers primarily in the field, covering the Markforged technology. You will use your technical knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities and determine solutions for how the Markforged solutions can enhance and fit into their environments and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Develop knowledge and competence of a diverse range of technologies
- Lead the implementation in the field of Markforged technology
- Attend prospect meetings with the Sales team
- Execute benchmarking and technical analysis
- Represent the voice of the customer
- Support customer-facing demonstrations and presentations
- Deliver and coach Technical Training
- Identify and contribute to the marketing activities of the team
- Support peers in attending Markforged and VAR events
- Create and improve technical documentation and training material
- Provide feedback and support on complex customer cases
