Application Engineer

Markforged is leading the digital transformation of manufacturing by revolutionizing how engineers and manufacturers create and innovate. Application Engineer works at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer service, and will be in close contact with the commercial team to pursue custom requests and resolve customer challenges.

Requirements

• Gain expert technical knowledge and proficiency for Markforged products, applications, and the additive manufacturing industry in general.
• Train customers and resellers.
• Provide sales support, solve printing/design challenges tailored to unique applications.
• Collect customer feedback to inform marketing collateral and Product team decisions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, maintain presence at trade shows and industrial events.
• Support internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, product design).
