The company is seeking a System Manager (m/w/d) to join their three-person IT team. The role involves providing infrastructure support, managing software solutions, ensuring cybersecurity, and facilitating internal and external communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, hardware management, and IT operations, contributing to the development of the IT infrastructure and supporting business growth.
Requirements
- Successfully completed IT System Manager training (m/w/d)
- Funded expertise in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage)
- General IT knowledge and interest in latest IT trends
- Knowledge and interest in IT structures
- Communication skills, negotiation skills, accuracy and logical thinking
- Team spirit, communication skills and willingness to work hard
- Excellent German skills and very good English skills
