Job Description
The Guest Relations Officer will work at the Sales Gallery, receiving guests, providing customer service, and performing various administrative duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder preferred and/or minimum of two (2) years of related experience
- Experience working as a team assistant/coordinator for sales/marketing team in a small to medium companies
- Experience working in multinational companies and using English in business occasion
- Proficiency in communicating, reading and writing in Japanese and English
- Proficiency in the use of IT skills (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter
- Excellent time management, organizing skills and attention to details
