Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions, supervising staff, and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
- 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel as required by business needs.
- Ability to speak and read English with a moderate understanding of foreign languages, particularly Asian languages, being a plus.
