Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Entry level management position that supports the day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations and maintains the property's cleanliness standards. Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction and achieve the operating budget.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
• Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major and 1 year experience
• Ability to understand and operate department equipment
• Ability to schedule employees and track time and attendance
• Ability to supervise same day selling procedures and manage departmental controllable expenses
