Job Description
Carpenter IV position responsible for performing advanced repairs of physical property, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, air conditioners, refrigeration and pool heaters, with little or no supervision. Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing mechanical equipment, using the Lockout/Tagout system, and displaying thorough knowledge of building systems and emergency response. This role requires journeyman level expertise in at least three areas, including carpentry and finish skills, air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Certificate in two-year technical diploma program for HVAC/refrigeration.
- Valid Driver's License
- License or certification in refrigeration or electrical
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
