Job Description
Respond to guest requests, gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area, and answer guest calls and messages. Monitor the club lounge and report accidents or injuries. Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests, and develop positive working relationships with others.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- No license or certification
