Job Description
The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is a 12-18 month, full-time, paid development program that prepares recent university graduates for a successful career in leadership. As an associate and trainee, you'll build upon the skills you developed in school by participating in real-world assignments and working with Marriott's senior leaders and coaches.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent higher level education required
- Superior critical-thinking & interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships & work collaboratively
- Ability to self-manage & be a self-starter
- Real desire for personal & professional growth
