Requirements
- Attend guest complaints as well as complaints from other departments as directed
- Maintain logged records of all equipment as directed by the electrical shift supervisor/Technical foreman/chief engineer
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, equipment (e.g., air condition units indoor outdoor, exhaust fans, fridge, cold undercounts, ice machines) replacing air filters, and cleaning coils, deep cleaning of the ice cube machines
