Respond and attend to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and display proficiency in various categories such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
Requirements
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
- Display proficiency in various categories such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment
- Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work
- Perform mid-level troubleshooting of hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Display ability to train and mentor other engineers
- Display ability to perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities
