Job Description
The Engineer IV is responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration, and a certificate in a two-year technical diploma program for HVAC/refrigeration.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Certificate in two-year technical diploma program for HVAC/refrigeration
- Valid Driver’s License
- License or certification in refrigeration or electrical
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification
