As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences. You will check-in and check-out guests, supervise front office shifts, ensure brand standards, and provide excellent customer service. You will also contribute to achieving department goals through upsells and enrollments.
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry or relevant professional experience at the front office.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Opera knowledge is a plus.
- You are a team player and your heart beats for the hotel industry.
