The Market Director, Destination Sales, MICE - Japan role provides leadership and direction in developing source market and account management strategies to build relationships with International MICE Agencies, PCO’s and Travel Trade partners, and in-market MICE Agencies and Travel Management Companies, with the purpose of growing Group & MICE Segments.
Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or related major
- 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes
- Strong customer development and relationship management skills

- Basic Competencies - Fundamental competencies required for accomplishing basic work activities
