Job Description
Complete end-of-day activities, process payments, and sell rooms to guests without reservations. Operate telephone switchboard, complete reports, and set up work areas. Welcome and acknowledge guests, and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- No license or certification required
