Purchasing Manager ( Saudi National )

Responsible for managing purchasing operations, including ordering, receiving, and payment of items, and formulating an approved vendors list. Assists Executive Chef in all aspects of purchasing and ensures quality and profitability. Maintains sanitation and safety standards, and ensures proper safeguards for security of food and beverage storeroom assets.

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Purchasing or a related field.
• Knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
• Ability to use computers and computer systems, including hardware and software.
• Ability to lead, influence, and encourage others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, vendors, and Executive Chef.
