Job Description
The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is a full-time, paid development program that propels recent university graduates on a mentored, learning-inspired journey to prepare them for a successful career in leadership roles within Marriott International. Participants will participate in real-world assignments, mini-rotations across various hotel functions, and connect with current and former Voyage participants. The program is available in 50+ countries and takes place at a Marriott International managed hotel.
Requirements
