Job Description
We are seeking a Global VP, Tech Fueled Sales Transformation to lead the global transformation of the Mars Snacking sales function through the 'Tech Fueled Sales' (TFS) program. The role involves defining and owning the multi-year global strategy, vision, and roadmap for the TFS transformation, leading the end-to-end delivery of the ~$100M+ program, and establishing and leading the global TFS Operating Model.
