Join our 6-month Mars Young Professionals program as a Junior Continuous Improvement Specialist. You will be part of the Continuous Improvement department, implementing projects and improving processes using Lean methodology and ERP systems. Requirements

• Interest in Continuous Improvement, digitalization, and process optimization
• Basic knowledge of ERP system or SQL
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Ability to work in a team, build relationships, and effectively communicate
• Characterized by accuracy, good time management, and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish
• Preferably first experience in the production industry in the Production/Lean department, up to 5 years
