Job Description
The Site Lab Support Scientist provides training and support to associates of the region's site laboratories, ensuring compliance with the MGS Site Laboratory Quality Standard. They are responsible for technical training, auditing, and quality management, working collaboratively with regional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, or related areas
- 3+ years of experience in physicochemical analysis in food (or related) industry
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken in English and Spanish, and Portuguese
- Knowledge of industrial laboratory routine, ISO 9001, and/or 17025
- Understanding of food science and chemistry, analytical techniques, and laboratory safety procedures
