Account Executive

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Health and Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney and will involve providing expert consulting and strategic account planning to clients on all their group insurance arrangements, including implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Formal tertiary qualifications
• Preferably RG146 qualification in risk management and superannuation (Tier 1 compliant)
• Proven experience in group life and salary continuance insurance within an insurance company, consultancy or broking environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance training
