Account Executive, Employee Health & Benefits

As an Account Executive, Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh McLennan Agency, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and carriers, develop and execute comprehensive client service plans, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
• Strong client relations skills; including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems
