We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Benefits Management team at Mercer Marsh Benefits as an Account Manager. The role involves managing global client relationships and overseeing the coordination of insured employee benefits, renewals, and appointments.

Requirements

• Proven consulting, client management or broking experience, preferably gained from a similar role in a large complex, global organisation
• Previous experience in the Insurance, Financial Services or Employee Benefits sectors, working with multinationals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
• Results-orientated, accustomed at setting high standards and working in a demanding environment
• Be a self-starter, fast learner, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
