Job Description
We are seeking an Activation & Change Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of global change and adoption efforts within Oliver Wyman's major transformation. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate product and program inputs into clear, practical activation materials and plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in change, transformation, consulting, project support, or analytical roles
- Experience supporting rollout, enablement, or adoption initiatives in complex organizations is preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort working with trackers, dashboards, and collaboration tools
