We are seeking a talented individual to join our Administrative team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in calendar and travel management, expense reporting, regional coordination, event planning and onboarding support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, track record of consistently meeting deadlines
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is essential to support the specific region
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a willingness to learn new software tools
