Job Description
Oliver Wyman is seeking an AI Product Enablement Manager to join their Quotient team in London. The role will lead the day-to-day execution of the AI Capability & Enablement function, translating firm-wide AI priorities into coaching, triage, experimentation, and scalable guidance.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables
- Hands-on experience in working with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
- Experience of operating in professional services or complex, matrixed environments preferred
