Analista de Operaciones en Cumplimiento y RCE

We are looking for a talented Operations Analyst to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Colombia and requires at least three days a week in the office. The Operations Analyst in Compliance and RCE will support insurance processes, manage forms, report to insurance companies and clients, and manage data in Excel.

Requirements

• Follow up on client requests assigned
• Meet each of the established processes in the area and at the company level.
• Provide technical advice to clients who request it
• Meet the indicators established in the area
• Analyze each business sent by the client or contractor
• Carefully review the policies issued by the insurance companies
• Billing of policies
• Answer the concerns that the internal personnel of Marsh has about each of its processes (managers, colleagues, Commercials)
• Degree in administrative careers or engineering
