Marsh is seeking an Asia Controller to join their high-performing Controllership team. The role is based in Singapore and involves overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• CA or CPA-qualified with strong technical experience in US GAAP, internal controls and audit standards
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Controller (or equivalent) role in organisations of similar scale and complexity
• Proven experience in controls, governance and audit processes, especially within complex or matrixed environments
