Associate Benefits Analyst - Employee Health & Benefits

We're looking for an Associate Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Health & Benefits department, you'll be responsible for obtaining and analyzing group benefit program proposals for clients. You'll provide financial analysis, develop client reports, and support senior benefit analysts. A bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field is preferred, along with one to three years of office administrative/financial support experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when working with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or other related area
• One - three years of office administrative/financial support experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintains a high level of professionalism when working with clients and vendors
• Flexibility to arrive early and stay late as needed
• Strong and pleasant telephone and interpersonal skills
