Job Description
As the daily operations leader for our site, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of back office and service processes for group life and health insurance, as well as gradually expanding into other business lines, such as personal insurance and individual health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Insurance, Finance, or related areas.
- Solid experience in leading operations in Service Centers in the insurance sector, with proven knowledge in health and life insurance (individual or collective).
- Experience in consulting or similar areas that develop communication and negotiation skills with clients and businesses.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, both in oral and written communication.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills in remote or hybrid environments.
- Domain of Microsoft 365 tools, CRM Zendesk (desirable), and core insurance systems.
