Job Description
We're seeking a Benefits Service Analyst to join our Employee Benefits team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a Benefits Service Analyst, you will prepare client spreadsheets and proposals, support the Account Management Team, and update information in carrier systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-15 insurance license within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized and proactive
- Team-oriented and collaborative
