Job Description
Mercer is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to drive global revenue growth and market expansion across all customer-facing functions. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office. The CCO will be responsible for managing commercial strategy, sales, pricing, and customer success, and will lead a high-performance product revenue organization across mature and growth markets.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in a global product-based business
- Proven success scaling revenue across multiple geographies
- Deep experience owning sales, GTM, and pricing at executive level
- Track record of working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed, international organizations
