Job Description
Marsh is seeking a Client Executive to join their Corporate and Commercial team in Cairns. The role will involve maintaining a portfolio of key revenue-generating accounts, developing new business opportunities, and assisting with the placement of complex insurance programs. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 18 months of broking experience, clear communication skills, and moderate knowledge of risks and insurance products.
Requirements
- 12 to 18 months broking experience
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team
- Moderate knowledge of risks and insurance products for key industry sectors
- Motivation to self-start, enhanced by time management skills
- Capability to identify and address issues through innovative thinking
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite and demonstrated ability to learn systems quickly
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualifications or higher
