As a Client Manager – Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh McLennan Agency, you will focus on delivering exceptional client service and managing client accounts effectively. You will resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility while keeping benefits consultants informed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• A minimum three years of Benefits/HR experience required
• Working knowledge of risk management techniques, including Employee Health and Benefits markets and marketing techniques
• Deep understanding of various funding mechanisms and ability to share knowledge with a variety of stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
