Clinical Risk Management Consultant

Graham Company, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking a Clinical Risk Management Consultant to provide healthcare safety consultation services to clients or oversee services provided by insurance carriers' Loss Control staff. The role involves identifying exposures, developing systems and processes to prevent losses, and coordinating services with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in nursing
• At least five years' operations experience in healthcare leadership
• Maintain valid Driver's License and must be willing to travel
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgement
• Above average knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality performance, risk, and safety regulations affecting health and human services organizations
• Willingness to learn Property and Casualty Insurance Coverage
• Ability to communicate with clients on their current losses and potential exposures
• High level of organization ability
• High degree of self-discipline and motivation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Proficient in Graham standard computer applications
