Mercer is looking for a brilliant and talented candidate to join as a Consulting Senior Manager in the Reward & Executive Compensation Practice based on Milan or Rome office, supporting clients in developing and implementing reward programs for their employees.
Requirements
- Master Degree in Economics, Organization, Management, Engineering or similar
- +10 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies with focus on Reward and Compensation
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
