Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at Marsh, based in Mexico City, with a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a combined role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
