Employee Benefits Account Executive

Account Executive position responsible for developing strategy and supporting Employee Health & Benefits clients, with a focus on client engagement, negotiation, and compliance. Hybrid position based in Miami or Fort Lauderdale offices, with in-person client meetings required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Active and current Florida 2-15 insurance license
• 10+ years of experience working in the health insurance industry
• Experience with mid-size carriers
• Experience with self-funded accounts
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience in BenefitPoint, Employee Navigator, and/or ImageRight
