Employee Health and Benefits Sr. Client Manager

As an Employee Health and Benefits Sr. Client Manager, you will present financial renewal analysis, participate in sales presentations, and develop communication materials. You will also assist with ACA reporting activities and benefits admin vendor selection/implementation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience, and 5-7 years of work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• 5-7 years of work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position
• Previous experience working with small groups preferred
• Excellent presentation, written, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Ability to learn Agency Management and Imaging Systems
• Outstanding customer service skills
