Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager

We are seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the service and retention of our middle to large market group benefit accounts, managing the renewal process and day-to-day correspondence with clients. You will assist Producers in gathering necessary information for new and renewing groups to submit to the marketing team, handle implementations, and more.

Requirements

• Possess skills necessary to communicate with clients, carriers and prospects concerning Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage.
• Service assigned clients and prospective clients.
• Assist the Producer/Benefit Consultant in gathering the necessary information regarding new/renewal accounts and submit this information to the Marketing Department.
• Hold an active 2-15 license.
