Job Description
We are seeking a Health & Benefits Consultant to join our team at Mercer in Seattle, WA. The role will involve managing and supporting the annual renewal cycle of health care plans, conducting benefit plan evaluations, and ensuring compliance operations.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Active life and health license
- Proven experience in benefits renewals, plan evaluations, and compliance within a large corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of ACA regulations, Medicare Part D, and health plan design.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with benefits administration systems and data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and present complex information clearly.
