Insurance Marketing Account Executive

As a Marketing Account Executive at McGriff Specialty, you'll lead and coordinate marketing activities on new and renewal business, and support Producer in sales activities. You'll serve as a consultative point of contact for clients, identifying and understanding client needs, and providing recommendations with supporting rationale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or related experience
• 8-10 years of relevant insurance industry experience
• Property and casualty insurance license
• Strong knowledge in shared and layered property programs
• Considerable knowledge of markets, policies and coverage issues for all states and industries serviced
• Organizational skills to plan and prioritize team workload
• Leadership skills and service and team orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel overnight
