Junior Data Analyst @MarshTech

We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB Analytics team at Marsh. This role will be based in Cluj, Romania. The role will involve delivering operationalised analytics and client-facing reports, developing and documenting an understanding of our data structures, and collaborating with internal technical teams to implement and test product and data improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in analytics or a related role with demonstrated delivery of analytics solutions and reports that impact business outcomes
• Experience with relational databases, basic ETL concepts, and using database tools/SQL to extract and prepare data
• Hands-on experience with data visualisation/dashboarding tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with standard analytics methods (pivot tables, lookups); strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort engaging with non-technical stakeholders
