Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team at Marsh in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, and supports the delivery of marketing activity across multiple areas while building foundational skills in execution, collaboration, and delivery.

Requirements

• 0-2 years' experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related discipline
• Strong written communication and editing skills
• Organisation skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Ability to learn and apply tools quickly – including AI and marketing tools
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Deadline discipline and time management
